Nice sleek design for a gaming laptop, not too beefy like some. It plays all my favourite games as good as I need them. If you are getting this laptop though, just keep in mind it seems designed to be used with the charger always in. If you play games on laptops before then you are probably used to doing this anyway. When taking the charger out the screen refresh rate drops and it slows down quite noticeably. Im also surprised at how cool it keeps the cup and gpu whilst gaming, around 52 - 65. I had a Razer Blade 15 before this and it would get upto 95 brand new.

Really sleek and light for being such a power house! I needed a laptop that was able to handle intense software simulation for school and hoped I could get one that coukd handle some intense gaming. I got both with this machine! The battery life isnt the best for my purposes but it charges fast enough that i barely notice it.

Review of ASUS TUF Gaming F15

I bought one of these laptops specifically for content creation. My father wanted to use it to start a podcast using Youtube and Streamyard. This laptop has more than enough power thanks to its 8-core CPU for multitasking and can even run some STEAM games with its 3050Ti.

It comes with 16GB DDR4 and supports up to 32GB if you feel the need to upgrade. There is one SSD slot which is occupied, so if you need to expand storage, the only option is to clone your SSD to a larger SSD. There is no space for a second drive such as SSD or SATA SSD.

The 90KWh battery will give you a decent amount of time (up to 6 hours) when web browsing but some games will quickly deplete the battery in less than 4 hours.

The screen is vivid and the display has a 144Hz refresh rate. It's great to look at. but the weakness here is the 3050Ti. With just 4GB of VRAM, most newer games won't work at all. If you really want to game, you'll want no less than a 3070 - or more recently - a 4070. The trick is, you want to get as much VRAM as possible - and you'll end up spending a lot more money.

This computer is great for basic content creation, web browsing and STEAM games but if you need more power, you'll want to aim a lot higher on the chain.

GREAT ENTRY LEVEL LAPTOP

I've had this for about a month and haven't experienced any major issues. It runs my games as you would expect with a laptop 4060.

What I like:
It's quiet and it doesn't seem to get as hot as other gaming laptops (Dell G-15)
Its not very heavy
LED multi color keys (looks amazing)
FHD 144hz screen- This screen looks amazing. I can't even find a monitor that does as good of job.

What I don't like:
No Display Port
No USB on right (I think all or most of the ports are on the left)
Thunderbolt issue: The Thunderbolt was not able to display my monitor. This might be an easy fix but haven't found it yet.

Quiet, Light and Powerful

Pros: Works fantastic out of the box, crisp clear graphics and performance
Cons: It's a very noisy little computer. To be expected but a pair of headphones would be handy.

Bought this for my son for graphic design. Outstanding computer that can handle anything he throws at it.

I got this product 2 month ago, nothing has changed and it's still very fast! The LED keyboard is amazing and the display is just great! The specs are fairly ok and can run all of my games.

Best budget lapotp with an rtx 4070. All other features are great and aren't missing anything crucial. DDR4 memory and last gen CPU are all great, in my opinion DDR5 does not make that big of an impact currently anyways and CPUs from last generation are still very powerful. Would probably last a good 2.5 years at least maybe 5 before becoming obselete.

Battery life is pretty good, could see 6 hours easily maybe 8+ with some setting tweaks.

Color quality is very good, that 100% SRGB really shines. Screen quality is alright for 1080P, DLSS actually made some games look worse, wished it had a 1200p screen for having an rtx 4070, many laptops with a rtx 4060 have even 1600p screens for this same pricepoint.

Laptop was bought as an open box. The moment I opened it there was a strong cigarrete or smoke smell. I was hoping it was just the box but the laptop vent itself also smells of smoke. I wanted to see if it would improve over a few days but it has been about a week and smell is still coming from the vent and box.

While gaming the top of the laptop above the keyboard near the power indicator light and surrouding area gets very hot, I don't like that the heat is getting up there and remaining. I even had it held up with nothing underneath for great airflow and it was still extremely hot to the touch in that area. Maybe from the previous owner smoking this is affected.

Pros: Excellent bang for the buck, competes with much more expensive laptops from the previous generation thanks to the RTX 3060.Good battery life, size & weight. Also pleased with 200W power supply & ability to charge via USB C as often gaming laptops need a lot of juice. I occasionally charge from a vehicle battery inverter, so the lower wattage makes this viable.Screen is good but I often use with an external display just as a more portable desktop with an RTX 30 series card (good luck getting a desktop card right now!)
Cons: Should be an option for 16GB Ram and a bigger SSD as standard (without the need to step up to an RTX 3070).These are relatively inexpensive and simple upgrades, that I would recommend to any buyer, to make this laptop a real beast for the price point.

I've owned this laptop for about 2 months now, and I have to say I LOVE THE BUILD ON IT!!!!

The build of this laptop is absolutely perfect. The keyboard is nice, the keys are like typing on clouds. The weight of the laptop isn't the lightest but the perfect build of this guy outweighs its weight LOL. The overall feel of the durable plastic is EXCELLENT. The aurora lights on the keyboard are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Fully customizable...

Specs wise, this laptop came with a 10th gen i5 intel processor, 8gb ram, and 256gb memory ssd.

I wish it would've came with the i7 processor and 32gb ram and this thing would've been absolutely perfect, but as a BUDGET laptop this thing is great. You can always upgrade the processor and ram in the future up to 32gb ram....

Here are now my dislikes..

There's no SD card slot to upload videos/picture etc.

The screen doesn't support 4k resolution.

You might need to mess with the settings to get the best/accurate color on the screen. I wouldn't do color sensitive work on this laptop like photo editing etc. but graphics are really nice.

I wish the battery life was a little bit better.(but as a budget laptop, this will do)
