Good Points: The large 17"screen and superb picture quality.
The elegant design, beautifully finished.
Incredible speed.
The weight is fine, no problem, and a lot lighter than my old computer!
Great value for money, considering its large screen and high spec.
The keyboard is very well set out, with a lovely pale lilac backlighting colour.
The touchscreen is also a great feature, and very easy to use.

Improvement Points: At times I find the mouse pad a bit too sensitive, but I believe this can be adjusted in the settings.

Good Points: Very sleek & stylish! Super fast,
The touch screen is brilliant, never having used a touch screen laptop before it took a little bit of getting used to and the occasional 'oops' when wiping a speck of dust off. The speed is second to none, its super responsive and boasting an SSD makes it so quiet to use and no excessive heat when its on your lap. Theres been no lag so far with anything, even with 3 seperate browsers open and over 20 tabs open, its still responding super fast! I have to say I'm very very impressed.
The sound quality is second to none too, with a Bang & Olufsen audio - its definitely the quality you'd expect!

Improvement Points: The keyboard is hard to see in bright light, with pale grey lettering on a silver grey background, not a problem if you touch type.. & its quite heavy. My only other niggle is the positioning of the power button. Nestled next to the delete button, I personally prefer the larger sized enter key, but thats personal preference. I will say it is quite 'glary' though, not that this is an issue in the right environment, but if you're outside you might struggle.

The laptop looks really very awesome and cool. It starts up really fast and good. I love how it looks and the design of it. However, I did have enter my Microsoft hotmail.com account in which I thought that it would be HP Brand name not Microsoft Brand name. I understand about OS Windows 11 and how it works. But so far it works find and good for me for what I do. But it is still to early to tell, have to wait for about 6 months to maybe a year to find out if it works good and no problems. Thank you

HP Laptop - 17z-cp000 - design is awesome.

I love the sleek design and speed. I wish it came in a Pink or Rose Gold. The keyboard with touchscreen is great. I will always customize my laptops in the future, so glad I called HP directly. Awesome price!

Wife needed a new laptop. We liked this one. Large screen. Not a geek so all the fancy specs mean nothing to us. We liked the look and the price. Now she uses it and we see how it goes.

This laptop is so much better than my old one. I had a Windows 8 laptop which will soon no longer be supported. So I decided to try this one as the reviews were good and I wanted a larger screen. It starts in seconds and shuts down in seconds. Everything I access comes up quickly. The screen display is awesome. So far it has been pretty easy to navigate from 8 to 11. Microsoft has also sent me emails with help and tips. The reasons I didn't rate it 5 stars are I don't like the silver keys as they are very hard to read. I had to count where the start button is as I can't see it unless there is a light on in the room. The backlight doesn't really help with that. Also the keys are very slippery which makes it hard to type. It comes with an offer for 2 years of Care Pack which has been impossible to figure out how to activate. So I haven't been able to take advantage of that. I also wish they gave you an option to purchase with Microsoft office already installed. Hassle to do that.

Good Points: Touch screen and the screen clarity.

Improvement Points: Location of the power button and fingerprint, that's just personal choice.
For the money a faster processor as my last Hp Envy ran at base 2.4ghz.

Good Points: Very compact, easy to use and with a good battery life. Screen clarity is also very good.

Improvement Points: Characters on the buttons on could be darker. Found it difficult to see them in some lighting conditions, where light is reflected off the keyboard

This was super easy to set up and get started. I'm switching from an old laptop to this one and my biggest fear was transferring my Microsoft Office products but once I logged into Microsoft, it automatically registered that I had purchased Office previously. I was so set. Seeing up wifi was super easy. This so far seems a dream laptop. I did have to buy an USB hub because I have numerous USB items attached but other than that, this is great. Great picture, great screen size. I'm very happy and HP had the very best price on this model!!
